On May 25, in Washington, DC, at the National Press Club, 100 Resilient Cities and the Rockefeller Foundation named Nashville, Tennessee, as one of the 100 members of their global network. 

These world class metropolitan areas include London, Rome, Shanghai, and Singapore, and are renowned for their work toward building resilience to the physical, social, and economic challenges that are a growing part of the 21st century. 

Global Action Platform partnered with Amec Foster Wheeler to support Nashville's submission and is the university-business platform partner for the project in Nashville.
